Guests cannot extend their stay beyond the agreed rental period.
Cancellation Policy

Owner Cancellations
Full refund: Cancel 30+ days before arrival.
If cancellation is necessary, you’ll be offered alternative accommodation if available or a full refund.
50% refund: Cancel 7–29 days before arrival.
Liability is limited to the amount paid at booking.
Full refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking, at least 14 days before arrival.
No refund for no-shows or cancellations less than 7 days before arrival.

Cleaning

No smoking/vaping inside. For Gite Ancienne Ecole, this rule extends to the garden and parking.
Noise & Behavior
Respect the peaceful environment; disruptive behavior will result in termination of the stay.
Maximum Occupancy
Respect the stated limits. Unregistered guests or events are not allowed.
Pets
Pets are not allowed. Violations will result in termination without refund.
Utilities & Liability
Utilities
Water and electricity are included for normal use. Excessive use may incur extra charges.
Liability
Guests are responsible for damages and losses. Travel insurance is advised.
Additional Policies
Force Majeure
In events beyond our control, bookings may be canceled with refunds provided.
